Fall Pre Order Bird Seed Sale

The Sharon Audubon Center, located at 325 Cornwall Bridge Road in Sharon, CT, is once again offering quality Lizzie Mae’s brand bird seed to customers at a special discounted price through a fall pre-order bird seed sale in order to stock up for feeding the birds over the winter (tax is included in the sale price.) Seed varieties include a special custom Northwest Corner Blend, black oil sunflower, sunflower chips, finch favorite, woodpecker favorite, chickadee & nuthatch favorite, “just the meats,” shell-free medley, and various types of suet cakes. New this year is grape and very berry bird jellies.  Descriptions of each variety can be found on the order forms.

Orders can be made online through the link on the Sharon Audubon Center website (Sharon.audubon.org) and Facebook page, or by mailing in a completed form and payment. All orders and payments must be received by Sunday, October 22nd. Additional bags may be purchased on the day of pick-up, but will be sold at regular price. All pre-ordered seed must be picked up by December 1st.  Customers will be notified by phone or email when the orders are in, and seed can then be picked up during Audubon’s current regular business hours (Thursday-Saturday 1-4:30pm,) or by appointment by making arrangements in advance with a staff member. 

A limited variety of seed will be available for purchase at the Sharon Audubon Center at regular price throughout the fall and winter, while supplies last. Some varieties are only available through this pre-order sale.
