Location: Sharon Audubon Center, 325 Cornwall Bridge Road, Sharon, CT 06069

Join guest instructor Stephanie Landau, M.S. and Sharon Audubon Center for an afternoon immersion in nature with a Mindful Outdoor Experience and natural history exploration. We will deepen our engagement with the earth as we saunter on the Sharon Audubon Center trails expanding our awareness through all of our senses, mindfully exploring and taking note of the transition into a season of growth and new beginnings. Experience a range of nature connection practices including simple warm-up movements, guided breathing and centering awareness, expressing gratitude, mindful walking with sensory activities, and a nature meditation/sit spot. We'll provide materials and prompts for a nature journaling activity to bridge your mindful outdoor experience with environmental education (we will provide materials for nature journaling).
