Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
(Doctor appointment, visits to veteran service office, pharmacy, dental appointment, therapies, dialysis and other special treatments)

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:00pm
Persons must be 18+ years of age.

Social Transportation
(Shopping, banking, post office & library visits, town meetings, lucheons, etc...)

Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Friday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Persons 60 years of age and older - and persons with disabilities

This service is available to the towns of Salisbury/Lakeville, Sharon, Cornwall, North Canaan, and Falls Village.

There is no charge for this service but donatons are accepted.
