The Zoning Office is located on the Second Floor of Sharon Town Hall at 63 Main Street.

It is a shared office with the Building Inspector & Fire Marshal.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 7 am through 12 pm and by appointment.

Since the Building Office is open on Saturday from 8 am through 9 am often Zoning business can be done at that time.

Zoning & Subdivision regulations are available from the Sharon Town Clerk.

Applications are available in the First Selectman's office as well as the Zoning Office.

The Planning & Zoning Commission meets monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM.

Planning Sessions begin at 6:30 prior to the regular meeting.
