EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2022:
Connecticut has adopted 2022 State Building Code.
This includes the I series of 2021 Codes and 2020 NFPA 70.
Also adopted is the 2022 State Fire Safety Code and Fire Prevention Code which are the 2021 NFPA Fire Prevention Code and 2021 NFPA Fire Safety Code.
Permit applications have changed.
