            Please join us for a visit to:   HARTFORD FLOWER SHOW     

We will be leaving the Sharon Town Hall at 10am via VAN transportation.  We will arrive in HARTFORD where we will gain entry to the show where folks can obtain lunch or choose to go elsewhere.  Patrons will assume their own entry fees and lunch costs.  We will plan on leaving for home around 3:30pm.  There will be a $10 transportation cost.

Please join us this Saturday the 24th, 5:30pm - 8:00pm in a Closing Reception for this beautiful exhibition by Rachel Frank.

Standard Space is pleased to present, Landscapes of the Future Past, a solo show by Rachel Frank. Landscapes of the Future Past explores man's relationship to the environment and to other species in the epoch of the Anthropocene, the geological period in which we are currently living, by imagining how our contemporary environmental understanding and practices can be informed by past ecosystems, ancient structures, and historical objects.

  Saturday, February 24th

This trip will be departing from the Sharon Audubon Center,
located at 325 Cornwall Bridge Road in Sharon, CT
 8:30 AM and returning by approximately 2:00 PM
depending on traffic.
Bring binoculars, a scope (if you have one), a lunch, water, and appropriate clothes and footwear for the weather (it may be cold!).
Depending upon weather and bird sightings some of the birding locations could include Hammonasset State Park, Milford Point, and Stratford point. This trip has an associated cost of  $25 for Audubon members and $30 for non-members. Due to the distance of this field trip, we will need at least 4 registrations to run this field trip.
